QuickMark is used by organizations to manage workforce attendance, time tracking, and payroll-related operations. The data collected depends on the features enabled by the client organization.

Depending on configuration, QuickMark may collect:
- Attendance Data: Employee check-in and check-out timestamps.
- Biometric Data (Face Recognition): Facial data used for identity verification during attendance marking.
- Location Data: GPS location at the time of check-in/check-out for geo-verification (if enabled).
- NFC Data: Device or card-based identification data for attendance marking (if enabled).
- Device & Usage Data: Basic device information (device type, OS version) for app performance and security.
4.2 Purpose of Data Collection
We use the collected data strictly for:
- Attendance tracking and workforce management
- Identity verification to prevent proxy attendance
- Overtime calculation and work-hour tracking
- Payroll processing and salary computation
- Operational monitoring and reporting

4.3 Biometric (Face) Data Usage and Retention
- Purpose: Facial data is collected solely for identity verification during attendance and to ensure accurate payroll processing.
- Storage: Facial data is stored securely in encrypted format and is not used for any other purpose.
- Retention Period: Facial data is stored for a maximum of 2 months (60 days) from the date of capture.
- Deletion Policy: After this period, the data is automatically deleted or permanently anonymized.
- No Indefinite Storage: Facial data is never stored indefinitely.

- Location data is collected only at the time of attendance marking.
- It is used for geo-fencing and verification of employee presence at the work site.
- Location tracking is not continuous and only occurs during check-in/check-out events.
- Location data is retained only as long as required for attendance and reporting purposes.
4.5 NFC Data Usage
- NFC data is used for contactless attendance marking.
- It helps identify employees using NFC-enabled cards/devices.
- No sensitive personal data is stored within NFC tags.

- Attendance and related operational data are retained as required by the client organization.
- Data is stored only for the duration necessary for payroll processing, compliance requirements and operational reporting.
- After this, data may be deleted or anonymized.

All data collected through QuickMark is controlled by the client organization (employer). The organization is responsible for:
- Informing employees
- Obtaining required consent
- Defining retention policies
QuickMark acts as a data processor on behalf of the organization.

- With the client organization using the system
