Public SaaS Products

We offer a full refund for our Public SaaS products within 3 months of purchase. To request a refund, please provide a written reason for discontinuing the product. We respect your decision and will not ask any further questions. Once we receive your written request, we will process your refund within 7 working days.

Custom Projects and Solutions

For custom projects and solutions, the terms of refund will be mutually agreed upon at the beginning of the project. If the service needs to be cancelled or the contract needs to end, the agreed-upon terms will apply to both parties involved.
