Pricing

Priced by site, not by seat.

There is no user licence. Add the whole office and every supervisor on site and the number does not move. You pay to host the sites you run, to train the people using it, and for the support you want behind it — and nothing else.

How pricing works

Three things set the number. Users is not one of them.

Most construction ERP is sold per seat, which quietly punishes you for putting the software in front of the people who actually do the work. We price the things that genuinely cost us something to deliver.

01

Hosting, per site

Charged against the sites you are running, not the people logged in. Managed cloud with daily backups and updates applied for you.

02

Training

Quoted against the roles you need brought up — site supervisors, QS, accounts. Adoption is where implementations succeed or quietly fail.

03

Support

An agreed level with named contacts and response times, sized to how much cover you actually want.

Questions

Pricing questions.

Why isn't there a price on this page?
Because a firm running two sites and one running nine do not need the same hosting, training or cover, and a headline number would mislead both. You’ll get a figure in the first demo, not after three calls.
Is self-hosting genuinely free?
Yes — the full product, every module, unlimited users, no trial clock. You provide the server and the capability to run it.
Do you charge per user?
No. There is no user licence, no seat count and no tier that unlocks more logins. Give it to every supervisor, storekeeper and QS who would benefit — that is the point of it, and charging you for it would work against the adoption you are paying us to achieve.
What happens when we add a site?
Hosting is charged per site, so a new site adds to that line. Training and support are revisited only if the new site changes what you need — often it does not.
Can we move from cloud to self-hosted later?
Yes. Request a database dump and run it on your own bench. It's the same software, which is the point of the licence.
Do you charge for custom reports?
Small ones are usually part of implementation. Larger custom development is quoted separately, and you own what we build for you.
