BuildSuite helps contractors and builders manage 200+ sites across the Middle East and India.

What BuildSuite is

Not six tools. One system.

Estimation, site, procurement, workforce, payroll and accounts all read and write the same database — so a figure entered once is the same figure everywhere it appears.

01 Accounting & project finance 02 Estimation & BOQ 03 Site execution 04 Procurement & stock 05 Workforce & payroll 06 Client reporting ONE DATABASE

Accounting & project finance

Project accounting, not project tracking.

One ledger for the whole company, with every entry coded to a project.

Modules

Six modules, one database.

A labour entry on site reaches the project P&L without anyone re-typing it. Adopt all of it, or start where the pain is.

Mobile app

Your site team never opens a laptop.

Supervisors work from the app on Android and iOS. What they enter on site posts to the project ledger immediately — no re-keying in the office.

Implementation

Software is the easy part. Adoption is the work.

Most construction ERP projects fail at rollout, not at purchase. So we run it as a defined engagement with a real go-live date.

01
Week 1 · Scoping
  • Workflow walkthrough
  • Module and role mapping
  • Hosting decision
02
Weeks 2–3 · Configuration
  • Chart of accounts and cost codes
  • Salary structures and OT slabs
  • Roles and approval routes
03
Weeks 3–5 · Migrate & pilot
  • Masters and opening balances
  • Parallel run on one live site
  • Reconciliation and sign-off
04
Week 6 · Go live
  • Role-based training
  • Mobile rollout to supervisors
  • Two weeks hands-on support

What we do

  • Configure every module to your workflow
  • Import your data, however messy it is
  • Train each role separately
  • Stay on through your first payroll run

What we need from you

  • One internal owner who can decide
  • A live project to pilot on
  • Supervisors free for two sessions
  • A date to switch the old system off

Pricing

We run it for you, or you take the source.

Priced per site, never per user.

Questions

Before you sign.

How long does implementation take?
Four to six weeks to go live on your first project, provided someone on your side owns it internally. Rolling out all six modules across many sites takes longer, and we'd stage that rather than pretend otherwise.
Will my site supervisors actually use it?
Adoption holds when the app replaces something they already disliked — paper muster rolls, or being asked for the same photos twice. Each site role is trained separately, in the language they work in.
Can we start with one module?
Yes. Many firms start with accounting and project costing, because that's where the money leaks show up first; others start with Sites or Workforce. Nothing gets re-entered when you add the rest later.
What happens to our Tally or Excel data?
We import it during migration — employee masters, rate lists, running projects, opening balances. Many firms keep Tally for statutory filing and use BuildSuite for project costing.
What does it cost?
Modular, based on which modules you switch on and how many users. Implementation is quoted once against the scope agreed in week one. You'll get a number in the demo, not after three calls.
Do we need technical staff?
Not for the managed version — you need a decision-maker, not a developer. To self-host, someone should be comfortable with a Linux server and the bench command line.
